TYD Fit Camp
Be on the look out for The Yoga Den’s newest program. This Fit Camp will be an 8-10 week course that will include personal training sessions, group discussions, guest presenters discussing nutrition, meal prep, goal setting and life coaching. We will start our program with orientation, measurements, weigh in, goal setting and more! We cannot wait to share this program with you and anyone you know who may be interested.
