We are very excited to announce another addition to our schedule in Studio B.
Beginning Tuesday, November 12th at 5:45pm we will add 3M – Mindfulness, Movement and Meditation to our schedule.

Here is a sample of the format for our new class:

8-10 min discussion/breathing/mindful practice

15 min chakra balancing poses

15-20 min yoga nidra (guided meditation)

10-15 min optional savasana (without sound) & wrap up/discussion

Sunday Sukha w/Tara Lemes-Jones

We will have 2 introductory classes on 11-17-19 & 12-22-19.
Beginning in January, Tara will be adding a Sunday Sukha class to our schedule.  This will be a monthly recurring class, the last Sunday of each month.  The cost for this class will be $15 and will be available by purchasing a Sunday Specialty Pass.  Space for this class will be limited, so we ask that you kindly pre-register.

Calling all ladies! Beginning in December, every second Saturday of the month we will host “Yoga on the Real” with a gentle flow, women’s circle, and light refreshments.

Holiday season is approaching! There will be many closures in the upcoming months so please be sure to regularly check the schedule and sign up for your classes in Tula so you may receive important updates.

Mission Statement

At The Yoga Den it is our mission to hire qualified teachers who view teaching Yoga as a ministry as well as an extension of their personal passion.  We believe that we have an obligation to share what has been given to us and then impart, to others, the things that have helped us move forward in our own personal lives. Because of those personal experiences we feel that Yoga should be a key component in ones spiritual, emotional and physical well being.  We strive to provide teachers who will help you heal the whole person and not just the physical body.  We believe that being “fit” means much more than a healthy heart and proper body weight.  We know that it begins in the inner most part of our being.  If we can begin to change how we think and feel about ourselves then the affects will soon be seen in our outward body as well.  Most of all our hope is to be a light in the darkness, a place of hope and of healing, and a deep well of LIFE to all who seek to make us a part of their lives.
